Dr. Palmer obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Utah Valley University.  He went on to Indiana University where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During dental school, he received numerous recognitions for his clinical skills.  After graduating, he completed residency at the University of Utah Hospital where he received advanced training in implants, wisdom teeth & oral surgery, trauma, endodontics and prosthodontics.
